Key responsibilities
Assist in creating and editing Instagram posts, reels, stories, carousel scripts, and captions
Research trends, audio, competitors, and topic ideas
Write clear, engaging, grammatically accurate content tailored for our audience
Coordinate with designers, editors, and content leads for daily posting
Manage comments, DMs, and basic community interactions professionally
Track performance insights and report analytics weekly
Support execution of campaigns, collaborations, and content calendars
Required skills
Strong written English (most critical requirement)
Excellent understanding of Instagram: trends, hashtags, reels, engagement patterns
Ability to write hooks, captions, and simple scripts
Preferred skills - Not mandatory
Basic Canva knowledge
Experience creating reels or simple edits
