Job Description

As a Social Media Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our company\'s social media presence and strategy. You will work closely with the social media team to create engaging content, manage social media platforms, and analyze performance metrics. This internship is designed to provide you with hands-on experience in social media marketing and help you develop your skills in content creation, community management, and social media analytics. Responsibilities:

• Content creation: Assist in developing creative and compelling social media content across various platforms, including text posts, images, videos, and graphics. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute content ideas that align with the brand voice and target audience.
• Social media management: Help manage and maintain our company\'s social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions, engaging with the audience and addressing inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
• Community engagement: Actively participate in building and nurturing the online community by interacting with followers, influencers, and industry thought leaders. Foster meaningful conversations, encourage user-generated content, and contribute to a positive brand image.
• Social media scheduling and monitoring: Assist in scheduling social media posts using social media management tools. Monitor the performance of social media campaigns, track key metrics, and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of different strategies and tactics.
• Trend monitoring and research: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, features, algorithms, and best practices. Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience preferences to contribute insights and recommendations for content and strategy development.
• Hashtag and keyword research: Conduct hashtag and keyword research to optimize content visibility and reach on social media platforms. Identify relevant hashtags and keywords to enhance discoverability and engagement with target audiences.
• Collaborative projects: Support cross-functional projects involving social media, such as influencer partnerships, contests, or social media campaigns. Contribute ideas, assist in executing strategies, and measure the impact of these initiatives.
• Content analytics and reporting: Assist in analyzing social media performance metrics, such as engagement rates, reach, and follower growth. Generate regular reports summarizing key findings and recommendations for optimizing social media strategies.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
• Strong interest in social media marketing and digital communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and their best practices.
• Basic knowledge of social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content ideas.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take on new challenges.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 910,000.00 - 925,000.00 per month Benefits:
