We're currently looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Social Media Intern to join our team and help grow our brand presence.

Role & Responsibilities:

As a

Social Media Intern

, you will play a key role in managing and growing the

Parcelhub

brand on social media platforms. You'll work closely with our marketing team to create and execute social media strategies that increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and build relationships with our audience.

Your responsibilities will include:

Social Media Account Management:

Handle and manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) for

Parcelhub

. Create engaging content (posts, graphics, reels, stories) that aligns with the brand's voice and goals. Increase brand awareness through creative and consistent content posting.

Content Creation:

Create and design compelling posts, reels, and stories that showcase Parcelhub's services, promotions, and customer success stories. Collaborate with the team to develop content calendars, themes, and campaigns.

Brand Awareness Campaigns:

Develop and execute strategies to boost brand visibility and awareness. Run paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook/Instagram Ads) and manage ad budgets to drive traffic and conversions.

Community Engagement & Interaction:

Respond to customer inquiries and engage with followers on social media platforms. Monitor mentions and comments to foster positive relationships with customers and prospects.

Analytics & Reporting:

Track the performance of social media posts and ads, reporting key metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.). Analyze social media trends and competitors to keep the brand's content relevant and effective.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in

Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

. Knowledge of

social media platforms

(Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and

social media trends

. Hands-on experience with

social media ad campaigns

(Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) is a plus. Ability to create eye-catching visuals using tools like

Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator

. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with a strong interest in social media marketing. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
