Key responsibilities
? Create on-brand visuals and short-form travel content for Instagram (posts, reels,
stories) using platform-native best practices.
? Own and maintain a content calendar.
? Track weekly metrics (reach, engagement, saves, shares) and flag what's working based
on algorithm-friendly formats.
? Repurpose content for Facebook and WhatsApp broadcasts/catalogs.
? Support community management with timely replies to comments/DMs and basic
moderation.
? Conduct creative research: trend scanning, references, and competitor content boards.
Must-have skills
? Strong grasp of Instagram formats, trends, and algorithm-friendly content patterns.
? Good visual/design sense with understanding of layout, color, and hierarchy.
? Graphic design ability and brand consistency awareness.
? Knack for content creation (concepts, hooks, captions) and basic copy.
? Software: Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator or Canva proficiency.
? Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
Good to have
? Basic knowledge of Facebook and WhatsApp marketing formats (pages, groups,
broadcasts).
? Understanding of Meta and WhatsApp ads fundamentals (objectives, creatives,
targeting).
