Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Ideate and shoot reels, videos, and trending content formats. Actively participate in video content -- you should be comfortable appearing on camera. Write engaging captions, copy, and hashtags tailored for each platform. Monitor social trends and suggest fresh ideas for campaigns. Assist in analyzing performance metrics and preparing weekly content reports.

Requirements:

Passion for social media, digital marketing, and content creation. Comfortable with public speaking and appearing in video content. Strong communication skills (English + Hindi preferred). Basic knowledge of Canva/Photoshop/Reel editing tools will be a plus. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
