Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to align with business goals. Create and schedule engaging content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others. Monitor social media channels for industry trends, news, and competitor activity. Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner. Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools. Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to create compelling visuals and messaging. Stay up-to-date with platform updates, best practices, and emerging trends. Manage social media advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Boosts). Assist with influencer partnerships and community engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Google Analytics). Excellent communication and writing skills. Ability to create content using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with paid advertising and A/B testing. Understanding of SEO and how social media contributes to web traffic. Video editing skills or experience with short-form video platforms (Reels, TikTok). Basic knowledge of HTML or CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
