Core Functional Responsibilities Maintaining online relations with customers by organizing and developing special customer relations programs Brainstorms campaigns ideas Providing short- and long-term market forecasts by directing market research collections Monitor social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and Twitter Assistance in creating performance reports Providing suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms General Functional Responsibilities Engaging with customers or clients and providing service Assistance in creating performance reports Understanding the products and services provided by company Adhering to company policies, rules and regulations Requirements Qualifications for Social Media Marketing Intern - Online engagement - Verbal communication - Organization - Customer focus - Social media skills - Creativity Requirements: - Need adequate resources (Laptop/desktop with good WI-FI connection) - Must be available in the virtual office on all working days from 1 P.M to 6 P.M Benefits Certificate on successful completion of internship Master in Social Media Marketing Learn how to do marketing through social media Paid stipend for outcomes
