About the Role:

We're looking for a motivated and creative

Social Media & Email Marketing Intern

to join our digital marketing team.
This role is ideal for someone who loves creating engaging content, exploring trends, and learning how to build brand presence online. You'll assist in managing social media channels, creating campaigns, and executing email marketing activities under the guidance of our senior marketing professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Assist in creating and scheduling posts for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Research trends, hashtags, and competitors to suggest new content ideas. Support in designing creatives and writing engaging captions. Engage with followers, reply to comments/messages, and help grow online communities. Track and report performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth. Collaborate with designers and content writers for campaign execution.

Email Marketing:

Help plan and execute basic email campaigns and newsletters. Write short, catchy email subject lines and messages. Support in segmenting email lists and ensuring accurate targeting. Assist in creating and testing email templates using tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot. Track and maintain campaign performance reports (open rate, CTR, etc.).

Skills & Qualifications:

Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in digital marketing, social media, or email marketing. Strong interest in content creation, branding, and digital communication. Basic understanding of social media platforms and analytics. Familiarity with email tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus. Creative mindset with attention to detail. Good communication and time management skills. Willingness to learn, experiment, and grow.
