Role and Responsibilities:

As a Social Media Marketing Intern specialized in content creation at Milova Private Limited, you will be a key player in our clients' digital marketing success. Your role will involve:

Content Strategy:

Developing and executing social media content strategies aligned with client objectives and brand identities.

Content Creation:

Creating engaging and visually appealing social media content, including graphics, images, videos, and written posts.

Platform Management:

Managing and optimizing social media accounts on various platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.

Audience Engagement:

Monitoring and engaging with audiences through comments, messages, and responses to foster community and build relationships.

Performance Analytics:

Tracking and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Trend Analysis:

Staying updated on industry trends and best practices to keep our clients at the forefront of social media marketing.

Client Collaboration:

Collaborating with clients to understand their goals, gather feedback, and provide insights for campaign refinement.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation, with a portfolio showcasing your work. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms. Strong understanding of various social media platforms, algorithms, and trends. Excellent written and visual communication skills. Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content ideas. Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies is a plus.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Previous experience working in a digital marketing agency is advantageous. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding client objectives.
