Social Media Marketing Executive (Immigration Services)
Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our online presence across social media platforms. The role focuses on promoting immigration services, educating audiences about visa processes, and generating qualified leads while maintaining compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
Key Responsibilities in Social Media Management
Plan, create, and schedule content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok
Maintain a consistent brand voice aligned with immigration laws and company policies
Monitor comments, messages, and reviews; respond professionally to inquiries
Content Creation
Design posts, reels, stories, and short videos related to visas, PR, work permits, study abroad, and policy updates
Write clear, accurate captions explaining complex immigration topics in simple language
Collaborate with consultants to ensure legal accuracy of content
Lead Generation & Campaigns
Run and optimize paid social media campaigns for lead generation
Track performance of ads and organic content
Work with the sales/consultation team to follow up on leads
Analytics & Reporting
Analyze insights and engagement metrics (reach, clicks, conversions)
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
Suggest improvements based on data trends
Brand Reputation & Compliance
Ensure content complies with immigration regulations and advertising standards
Avoid false promises or misleading claims
Manage online reputation and handle sensitive queries carefully
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
1-3 years of experience in social media marketing (experience in immigration, education, or legal services is a plus)
Strong content writing and visual storytelling skills
Knowledge of social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, etc.)
Basic understanding of paid ads and lead funnels
Excellent communication skills
Preferred Skills
Experience with video editing (Reels/Shorts)
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing
Familiarity with CRM or lead management tools
