Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
Create and curate engaging content tailored to each platform, including posts, carousels, reels, stories, and more.
Comfortable creating Reels and short-form videos, and willing to be the on-camera face of the company for social media content as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, product) to align messaging and campaign goals.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.) using tools like GA4 and UTM tracking to optimize content strategy and improve results.
Manage the social media calendar and ensure timely delivery of all content.
Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Engage with followers, respond to queries/messages, and build a positive brand presence.
Track competitors and suggest creative content formats to stay ahead.
Use content and engagement strategies to improve overall brand visibility and perception.
Coordinate paid social campaigns with the performance marketing team.
Must Have Skills
Following are the minimum mandatory skills requirements
Develop, create, and manage engaging content for social media platforms.
Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and industry updates to optimize content strategy.
Understand analytics tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Looker Studio to monitor campaign and website performance.
Primary Skills
Following are the minimum mandatory skills requirements
2-5 years of experience managing social media for SaaS, tech, or B2B brands (agency or in-house).
Strong understanding of platform-specific strategies, especially LinkedIn and Twitter/X for SaaS.
Excellent copywriting and content creation skills for diverse formats.
Familiarity with tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar.
Basic understanding of SEO, analytics, and UTM tracking.
Ability to manage fast-paced deadlines, multiple priorities, and iterative feedback.
Creative thinker with a keen eye for aesthetics, brand voice, and visual storytelling.
Good To Have
Following are the minimum mandatory skills requirements
Passion for technology, startups, and digital innovation.
Experience with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar) and strong understanding of short-form video trends.
