Key
Responsibilities
Manage and grow the company's social media presence across multiple profiles.
Plan, create, and publish engaging content aligned with brand goals.
Drive audience engagement, visibility, and community building on social platforms.
Support personal branding initiatives and leadership profiles.
Coordinate with designers and marketing teams for content execution.
Create and maintain social media content calendars and schedules.
Ensure content quality, consistency, and brand alignment before publishing.
Research trends and bring new ideas for campaigns and formats.
Support promotional activities such as webinars, events, and launches.
Assist with paid ads content for social and search platforms.
Track performance, maintain documentation, and support reporting.
Participate in regular marketing and review discussions.
Requirements
Proven experience in
social media marketing and content creation
Strong understanding of
LinkedIn marketing and personal branding
Excellent written communication skills
Familiarity with
AI tools, content calendars, and scheduling platforms
Ability to manage
multiple brands and priorities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
