Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow the brand's presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X/Twitter, Threads, etc.)
Plan and execute monthly social media strategies aligned with marketing goals.
Research and implement trending content ideas, hashtags, and viral formats.
Create and schedule daily posts, stories, and reels to enhance engagement.
Collaborate with the design and content teams for creatives and captions.
Monitor analytics, track performance, and generate insights for improvement.
Engage with followers, respond to messages/comments, and maintain brand tone.
Stay active on social media to identify
emerging trends, viral challenges, and cringe-worthy but catchy ideas
that can attract audience attention.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 2.5 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of social media algorithms, content formats, and engagement techniques.
Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, or Hootsuite.
Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
Highly creative, proactive, and up-to-date with digital trends and pop culture.
Bonus Skills:
Basic video editing or reel creation skills.
Experience with paid ad campaigns on Meta or Google Ads.
Ability to analyze insights and adapt strategies quickly.
