fast and reliable when it comes to managing customer inquiries
. Our pages get a high volume of messages, comments, and product questions -- and we need someone who can stay on top of it all with a calm, professional tone.
If you're someone who can juggle content planning and community engagement, while keeping a close eye on our ad performance and analytics, you'll thrive in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle a high volume of messages, DMs, and comments daily
Respond promptly to customer/product queries across platforms
Manage content and posting for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
Track basic social and Google Ads , Meta Ads performance data
Collaborate with internal teams for escalated queries or support
Requirements:
Prior experience managing brand/business social media pages
Strong written communication and multitasking skills
Familiar with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, or Buffer
Basic understanding of Google Ads
Ability to stay organized and handle fast-paced online engagement
Nice to Have:
Customer support or community management experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
