Job Summary:

We're looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Expert to take charge of our clients' social media accounts. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, have a deep understanding of social platforms, and be comfortable creating and managing engaging content consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) Create engaging content and graphics in coordination with designers and content writers Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads) Monitor campaign performance and optimize for reach, engagement, and conversions Track KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly reports on performance Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build community Stay updated on social trends, algorithms, and best practices Collaborate with SEO, design, and content teams for cohesive marketing efforts

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred). 1-2 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing Strong understanding of platform algorithms, ad managers, and analytics tools Familiar with Canva, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, etc. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative thinker with a detail-oriented mindset Ability to manage multiple platforms and deadlines
