Role Overview

:

We're looking for a

creative, strategic, and tech-savvy Social Media Specialist

who also has

strong graphic design expertise

. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in

Meta algorithms, understand Instagram's ever-changing dynamics

, and know how to use them to drive engagement and growth.

Knowledge of AI tools or applications

will be a big plus, helping us stay ahead in the digital space.

Key Responsibilities

Create

high-quality, visually appealing graphic creatives

for all business-related media as per latest Instagram Reel Trends Plan, design, and execute

social media campaigns

tailored to brand voice and audience. Develop and manage

content calendars

for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms. Optimize posts and strategies based on

Meta algorithm updates

and Instagram behavior. Leverage

AI tools

to streamline design, content creation, and analytics. Monitor

social media trends

, competitor activities, and audience insights to refine strategies.

Requirements

Graphic Designing:

Strong ability to create engaging visual content for digital media.

Experience in Social Media Channels:

Proven experience managing Instagram and Facebook accounts.

In-depth Knowledge on Algorithms:

Strong understanding of how Meta's algorithms impact organic reach.

AI Marketing Tools:

Familiarity with AI-driven tools for content creation and analytics (preferred).

Out-of-the-Box Thinking:

Creative mindset with a strategic approach to driving engagement and Ready to Experiment New Things

Analytical Thinking:

Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
