Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Plan monthly content calendars for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Identify latest trends, tools, and competitive activities to optimize brand performance.
2. Content Creation & Management
Create engaging posts, reels, stories, videos, and graphics in collaboration with the design/creative team.
Write captions, hashtags, and messaging tailored to brand guidelines and audience preferences.
Schedule and publish content using tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.
3. Community Engagement
Monitor comments, messages, and mentions across all platforms.
Respond promptly to inquiries and engage with followers to build brand loyalty.
Manage online reputation and escalate issues to the concerned team when necessary.
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, followers, leads, CTR, and conversions.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and insights.
Optimize posts and campaigns based on analytics.
5. Social Media Advertising
Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads (if required).
Monitor ad performance and adjust budgets, targeting, and creatives to achieve ROI goals.
6. Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, sales, design, and product teams.
Coordinate with influencers, agencies, or vendors for collaborations and campaigns.
7. Brand Building
Ensure consistency of brand voice and visuals across all digital touchpoints.
Support in developing creative marketing ideas, contests, and promotions to attract new followers.
