Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and creative

Social Media Marketing Executive

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing social media platforms, planning content strategies, running paid ad campaigns, and optimizing performance through analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow the company's and clients' social media presence across

Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube

. Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (graphics, videos, reels, posts, stories, etc.). Develop and execute

paid advertising campaigns

on

Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads)

. Monitor campaign performance and provide reports on reach, engagement, and ROI. Collaborate with the design and content teams to maintain brand consistency. Research social media trends and competitor strategies to improve campaign effectiveness. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to maintain community engagement. Assist in strategy development to boost traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Proven experience in

Social Media Management

and

Google Ads

. Strong understanding of social media algorithms and audience engagement tactics. Proficiency in

Meta Business Suite

,

Google Ads Manager

, and analytics tools. Basic knowledge of

SEO

,

content marketing

, and

graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator)

. Excellent communication and time-management skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand voice.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field. Certification in Digital Marketing or Social Media Advertising will be an added advantage.

Salary:

Based on experience and last drawn salary.
