curious, detail-oriented, and creative Social Media Executive

to join our fast-growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing

monthly social media strategies and content calendars

. Manage daily posting, scheduling, monitoring, and community interaction across

Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube

. Ensure

brand tone, messaging, and visual consistency

across all platforms. Support in

content creation

-- captions, hashtags, reels, carousels, and stories. Conduct

keyword research

and integrate relevant terms into social content for better reach. Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports to suggest data-driven improvements. Engage with followers: responding to DMs, comments, and mentions in a timely, brand-appropriate manner. Research

social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activities

to keep content fresh and relevant. Collaborate with the design and strategy teams to execute campaigns effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, PR, or related field. Knowledge of tools like

Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or similar

. Basic understanding of

SEO and keyword research

. Familiarity with

Instagram Reels, LinkedIn content formats, and carousel posts

. Google Analytics or social media certifications (preferred but not mandatory). Excellent

written and verbal communication skills

. Ability to manage multiple clients/projects and meet deadlines. Proactive, self-motivated, and passionate about digital content and marketing.
