Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy

Develop and implement effective social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement. Coordinate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure strategies align with overall business objectives.

Content Creation & Management

Produce engaging multimedia content, including videos, infographics, reels, carousels, and static images, for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and X (formerly Twitter). Create and manage content calendars; schedule posts using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social. Write platform-specific, engaging captions for various target audiences.

Community Engagement

Monitor and actively engage with followers, nurturing a positive and interactive community. Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.

Analytics & Reporting

Must have Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, LinkedIn Insights, YouTube Insights, and X Analytics.

Generate detailed weekly and monthly performance reports, leveraging insights to refine strategies.

Paid Advertising

Strategize, create, manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns using Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc. Conduct A/B testing to enhance ad performance and optimize campaign ROI.

Trend Monitoring & Innovation

Continuously research and stay updated with emerging social media trends and technologies. Experiment with new formats like Stories, Live Sessions, and Reels to drive engagement.

Plan and coordinate influencer marketing and strategic partnerships. Manage the complete lifecycle of influencer and partnership campaigns.
