Key Responsibilities
Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, captions, etc.) aligned with brand guidelines.
Manage daily posting, scheduling, and monitoring of all social media channels.
Respond to comments, messages, and interact with followers to build community engagement.
Track performance using analytics tools and prepare weekly/monthly reports
Identify new trends, hashtags, and platform updates to enhance reach and growth
Coordinate with design, marketing, and content teams for campaign execution
Assist in running paid media campaigns (optional based on your requirement)
Maintain brand consistency across all digital communication
Required Skills
Strong understanding of social media platforms and current trends
Good communication and writing skills
Basic knowledge of Canva or creative editing tools
Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Instagram Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.)
Ability to think creatively and work in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in social media management (Freshers with strong portfolios can also apply)
