Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms.

Content Creation and Management:

Develop engaging and high-quality content for various social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. Plan and schedule social media posts, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand messaging.

Community Engagement:

Build and nurture relationships with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner. Implement strategies to grow the company's social media following and increase engagement metrics.

Campaign Execution:

Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to make data-driven decisions for optimization.

Analytics and Reporting:

Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media initiatives. Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team, highlighting trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
