We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Executive with at least 1 year of experience in managing and growing brand presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. You'll be responsible for developing strategy, executing campaigns, engaging with the audience, and reporting performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and schedule content (posts, reels, stories) across all social channels.
Plan monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
Manage paid ad campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, etc.
Monitor trends, hashtags, and audience behavior to adapt strategy.
Analyze performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
Handle community engagement (comments, DMs, messages).
Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives and copy.
Stay updated with social media algorithms and platform changes.
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter.
Experience with tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Canva.
Basic knowledge of ad campaigns and analytics.
Good communication and creative writing skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
