Job Summary

The Social Media Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, running paid campaigns, and generating leads to support student admissions and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube accounts Plan and execute monthly content calendars Create and publish engaging posts, reels, and promotional content Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries

Content Creation

Develop captions, promotional posts, student testimonials, and placement highlights Coordinate with designers and video editors for creatives Create short-form video content (Reels/Shorts)

Paid Campaigns & Lead Generation

Run and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads and Google Ads Generate quality leads for admissions Monitor campaign performance and optimize cost per lead Track ROI and prepare performance reports

Performance Monitoring

Analyze engagement metrics and follower growth Submit weekly and monthly reports Identify trends and implement growth strategies
Required Skills

Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn marketing Hands-on experience in running Meta Ads Basic design skills (Canva/Photoshop preferred) Video editing knowledge (Reels/Shorts) Good content writing skills Analytical and result-oriented mindset
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Digital Marketing certification preferred 1-4 years of relevant experience

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
