Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and captions aligned with brand goals
Plan and execute social media content calendars
Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads preferred)
Monitor performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports
Engage with followers, reply to comments and messages
Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
Coordinate with the design and content team for creatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing
Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn marketing
Basic understanding of paid ads (Meta Ads)
Content writing skills for captions and creatives
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, etc.
Good communication and analytical skills
