About the Role
We're looking for a
strategic and creative Social Media Marketing Executive
who can think beyond posts and hashtags, someone who can understand different audiences, craft tailored content strategies, and build a strong digital presence for Autocracy Machinery.
In this role, you'll get the freedom to experiment, analyze, and execute campaigns that tell powerful stories about innovation, engineering, and impact. You'll collaborate with our content, design, and video teams, and learn how to drive measurable business outcomes through digital strategy.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute
social media strategies
that drive brand awareness, engagement, and leads.
Create tailored
content plans and calendars
for different target audiences -- EPC contractors, project heads, farmers, and industry professionals.
Work with the creative team to produce
engaging posts, reels, carousels, and videos
across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
Track and analyze
KPIs
(reach, engagement, conversions) to refine campaigns and report actionable insights.
Stay ahead of
social trends, competitor activity, and algorithm updates
to keep our brand relevant.
Engage meaningfully with our online community -- answering queries, joining conversations, and representing our brand voice.
Maintain brand consistency and storytelling across all channels.
What We're Looking For
2-5 years
of experience in social media marketing.
A
strategic thinker
who understands audience behavior and can tailor content accordingly.
Proven experience managing platforms like
LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube
.
Ability to use tools like
Zoho Social, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar
.
Strong writing, communication, and visual sense.
Analytical mindset -- you love metrics and can turn data into decisions.
Creative, proactive, and capable of working independently.
A degree in
Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media
preferred.
