Job Description

Key responsibilities:

A. Content Ideation & Planning
Conceptualize engaging photo and video content that highlights the company's wedding photography and filmmaking services.
Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, wedding seasons, and brand objectives.
Research wedding trends, competitor activities, and creative strategies to generate fresh content ideas.

B. Content Creation & Production
1. Capture behind-the-scenes footage, client stories, and event highlights for social media promotions.
2. Edit photos and videos (short reels, teasers, BTS snippets, testimonials, etc.) optimized for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
3. Collaborate with the photography/filming team to repurpose client deliverables into promotional material.

C. Social Media Management
1. Manage daily posting, scheduling, and engagement across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.).
2. Maintain a consistent brand voice, visual style, and storytelling approach.
3. Monitor comments, DMs, and inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.

D. Community Building & Engagement
1. Engage with wedding communities, vendors, influencers, and clients to grow brand visibility.
2. Run interactive campaigns such as polls, Q&As, and giveaways to build audience connection.
3. Encourage user-generated content and leverage client testimonials to strengthen brand credibility.

E. Performance Tracking & Reporting
1. Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and lead generation.
2. Provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns.
3. Experiment with different content formats and analyze what drives the highest ROI.

F. Ad Campaign Support
1. Assist in planning and executing paid ad campaigns (Instagram/Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads).
2. Optimize creatives and ad copies for maximum conversions and visibility.

G. Collaboration & Coordination
1. Work closely with the Creative Director and editing team to align marketing content with project timelines.
2. Coordinate with album designers, printers, and client servicing teams to create promotional stories around deliverables.
3. Liaise with event planners, venues, and vendors for cross-promotional opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
