Social Media Marketing Executive (2+ Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities

Manage the company's social media accounts and ensure consistent, high-quality content is posted regularly. Develop and implement

content strategies

across social media, websites, and other digital marketing channels. Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing activities and campaigns using analytics tools.

Manage incoming leads by filtering and prioritizing them, and follow up accordingly

Track and report on campaign effectiveness, ROI, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Monitor key social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc., to ensure timely engagement.

Schedule and coordinate meetings between the Managing Director and clients. Engage directly with customers and clients via social media and other communication platforms. Offer suggestions for improving

customer experience

on digital platforms and streamlining internal marketing processes. Learn and utilize internal tools and software systems relevant to marketing and communication.

Manage email campaigns

, advertisements, and promotions to drive brand awareness.

Create SEO-optimized blogs for the company website to enhance online visibility.

SMM ad management, performance

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
