Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, image, video, reels, stories, etc.) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and YouTube.
Monitor social media channels for trends, competitor activity, and audience interactions.
Run paid ad campaigns on platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to achieve campaign goals (leads, conversions, reach).
Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency.
Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, ROI, conversions).
Respond to followers in a timely manner and engage with online communities.
Stay up to date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing/related field
1-3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing
Strong knowledge of social media platforms & ads
Creative skills in content, copywriting & basic design tools
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
