Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy:
Plan and execute effective social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Content Creation & Management:
Develop content calendars and collaborate with designers and writers to produce engaging posts, stories, and videos across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Community Engagement:
Monitor and respond to comments and messages to foster an active online community and maintain strong brand reputation.
Paid Campaigns:
Set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track social media KPIs using tools like Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics; provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Trend Monitoring:
Stay updated on platform changes, social media trends, and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
2-5 years of proven experience in social media marketing
Proficiency in social media tools, scheduling platforms, and ad managers
Strong writing, creative thinking, and communication skills
Analytical mindset with ability to make data-driven decisions
