Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube
Create engaging and high-quality content (posts, stories, reels, videos) aligned with brand identity
Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, events, and offers
Monitor social media performance using analytics tools and generate performance reports
Manage online reputation by responding to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback
Collaborate with graphic designers, content writers, and showroom teams for regular updates
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals
Manage influencer marketing collaborations and partnerships
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and ad campaigns
Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Google Analytics
Creative thinking with an eye for visual design and brand aesthetics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Knowledge of paid ad campaigns and budget optimization is a plus
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field
2-5 years of experience in social media marketing (experience in retail/e-commerce preferred)
