Job Description

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Marketing Executive who can manage end-to-end social media activities--right from content creation to publishing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing posts, creating reels/videos, and managing social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Create

social media graphics

, banners, posters, carousels, and other visual creatives. Shoot, edit, and produce

reels, short videos, and promotional clips

for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Plan, schedule, and

publish posts across all social media platforms

. Maintain brand consistency across all creatives and messaging. Monitor performance of posts and suggest improvements. Stay updated with trending audio, formats, and social media trends. Coordinate with internal teams for content requirements when needed.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum

1 year of experience

in Social Media Marketing. Strong knowledge of popular tools such as

Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator

, or similar design platforms. Basic video editing skills . Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube algorithms & posting requirements. Ability to work independently and deliver creative content on time. Strong communication and planning skills.

Nice to Have (Optional)

Knowledge of social media analytics tools. Experience with ad campaigns (Facebook/Instagram Ads). Ability to brainstorm campaign ideas.
