Key Responsibilities
Meta Ads Campaign Management
Plan, launch, and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns across objectives, including Leads, Traffic, Engagement, and Conversions.
Create and manage campaign structures including campaigns, ad sets, creatives, and budgets.
Perform audience research including interest based targeting, custom audiences, and lookalike audiences.
Monitor daily ad performance and optimize bids, budgets, creatives, and targeting for better ROAS.
Ad Creative & Copy Strategy
Coordinate the creation of ad creatives including static images, videos, reels, and carousels.
Write compelling ad copies, headlines, descriptions, and CTAs aligned with campaign goals.
Test multiple creative variations and messaging angles to identify top performing ads.
Ensure all creatives follow brand guidelines and Meta ad policies.
Analytics & Reporting
Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics including CPC, CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversions.
Prepare performance reports with insights, learnings, and optimization recommendations.
Analyze campaign data to improve targeting, creative strategy, and funnel performance.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with design, content, and sales teams to align ad messaging with business objectives.
Support campaign planning and strategy discussions.
Assist with client communication and campaign updates when required.
Requirements
Graduate with
1-2 years of hands-on experience
managing Meta Ads campaigns.
Strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram ad formats, algorithms, and ad delivery.
Proficiency in
Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Canva.
Basic understanding of landing pages, conversion tracking, and audience funnels.
Knowledge of SEO and Google Ads.
Strong analytical skills, creativity, attention to detail, and time management.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
