Role Overview

Oyik.ai is hiring a Social Media Executive based in India to manage and grow our social media presence. This is a work-from-home role, but you must be available during UK business hours (9:00 AM-5:00 PM UK time).

Key Responsibilities

Create and schedule daily content (posts, reels/short videos, stories) for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.? Write clear captions, hooks, and CTAs aligned with the Oyik.ai brand and product features.? Engage with comments and DMs, and support basic community management during UK hours.? Track performance (reach, engagement, followers, clicks) and share a simple weekly report with insights and next-week plan.? Coordinate with the founder/team to promote offers, case studies, demos, and product updates.?

Requirements

Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business.? Comfortable creating content using tools like Canva/CapCut (or similar).? Strong written English and ability to follow brand tone.? Reliable internet, laptop/PC, and ability to work consistently in UK time (9-5).?

Nice to Have

Interest in AI, SaaS, automation, CRM, chatbots/voice agents.? Basic video editing and trend awareness (reels/short-form content).?

Paid ads (responsibilities)

Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) using Ads Manager (campaign structure, audiences, creatives, placements, budgets).? Set up and manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns end-to-end (objective selection, targeting, creative/copy testing, optimization, and reporting).? Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and messaging, and use performance data to lower CPL/CPA and improve conversion results.? Produce a weekly performance report covering spend, leads, CPL/CPA, CTR, and key learnings/next tests.?
Paid ads (requirements)

Hands-on experience running Meta ads and LinkedIn ads (not just boosting posts).? Strong understanding of targeting, retargeting, budget pacing, and creative testing.? Able to work 9:00 AM-5:00 PM UK time (remote from India).
