About the Role
We're looking for a results-oriented
Social Media Marketing Executive
to plan and execute digital campaigns aimed at
lead generation, conversions, and overall sales growth
. The ideal candidate knows how to turn content into customers -- through smart targeting, ads, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute paid & organic social media strategies to increase leads and sales.
Run performance marketing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Ads.
Create, optimize, and manage ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
Track and analyse campaign data to maximize ROI.
Collaborate with the creative team for high-converting visuals and video content.
Generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
Experiment with new platforms, tools, and growth strategies for better conversions.
Skills & Requirements
Proven experience in
social media marketing or performance marketing
.
Strong knowledge of
Meta Ads Manager
,
Google Ads
, and
YouTube promotions
.
Basic graphic/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze insights and take actionable steps.
Good communication and persuasive writing skills.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently from home.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Certification in Digital Marketing (preferred, not mandatory).
Salary
?15,000 - ?25,000 per month (Negotiable based on performance & experience).
