Job Description

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Executive with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in managing social media accounts and campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of social media trends, tools, and analytics, and be capable of growing an engaged online community.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.

2. Create and curate engaging content (text, images, reels, videos) aligned with brand identity and audience interests.

3. Monitor SEO and user engagement metrics and provide reports on campaign performance.

4. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.

5. Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure cohesive branding.

6. Handle community engagement: respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.

Skills required:

Social Media Marketing, Teamwork, Self-learning and Collaboration

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2. Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in Social Media Marketing.

3. Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.

4. Familiarity with social media analytics tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.

5. Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.

6. Creativity and attention to detail.

7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹9,768.79 - ₹20,000.00 per month
