About the Role

Eminence Technology is looking for an experienced and creative

Social Media Marketer

to manage and elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in social media strategy, content planning, paid campaigns, analytics, and growth marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube). Create engaging content, including posts, reels, and ad creatives. Manage paid campaigns and optimize for reach, engagement, and conversions. Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports to guide improvements. Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams for campaign execution. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Handle community engagement--responding to comments, messages, and inquiries. Increase brand visibility, follower growth, and lead generation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3-4 years of proven experience in social media marketing. Strong understanding of paid ads (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads preferred). Ability to create and manage content calendars. Knowledge of analytics tools: Meta Insights, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, etc. Strong copywriting, creativity, and storytelling skills. Understanding of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals is a plus. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
