Responsible for managing and enhancing the company's social media presence. You'll create engaging content, drive community interaction, oversee platform performance, and support brand growth through strategic campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver social media strategies aligned with campaign goals.
Create, schedule, and publish content (text, images, videos) across social platforms.
Monitor, engage with, and grow the online community.
Track and analyze performance metrics (e.g. reach, engagement, ROI), and refine strategy accordingly.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency.
Manage small-scale paid social campaigns and influencer collaborations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
0-1 year experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Strong copywriting and visual content collaboration skills.
Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., social platform insights, Google Analytics).
Creative, detail
oriented, and highly organized.
Experience with scheduling tools
Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM and content optimization.
Understanding of copyright, data protection, and compliance.
