1+ years experience in leading social handles of FMCG, Jewellery, and Personal Care brands/ Retail products, passionate about influencers, content & pop culture, and an expert in social media posts, creatives and analytics. Work from office is compulsory and candidates available in Mumbai should only apply. Expectations:- Social Media Expert, Fluent Communicator, Interested in Influencers, Youtubers, Designers & Artists News and data, Lead Generator and lover Of Social Media with On-Boarding and marketing experience, Creative and honest, Well Versed with Google Sheets, ppts, conversions, data, reporting, Instagram, community activities & software like Canva etc. Required Hard Skills:

  • Experienced in managing influencers/artists & onboarding them with targets
  • Canva advance knowledge and user experience
  • Is active on social media (insta & fb)
  • Friendly with Google Sheets, Canva, ppt, doc, reporting, sales, conversions etc.
  • Open to new ideas along with presenting fresh researched creative ideas on the table
  • Good initiator of meetings and a good decision-maker
Role Requirements:
  • Monitor and manage the client\'s social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users
  • Possess good knowledge of social channel best practices, social publishing tools, and social listening platforms. Expert in reporting and key social media metrics for data-backed strategy across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Contributes to Client\'s Annual marketing strategy by leveraging social media. Obtains market share by developing social media marketing plans
  • Proven record of developing best-in-class and innovative social content and campaigns. Formulates high-quality written and visual content for the social platforms/ campaigns
  • Experience in working with influencers and understanding how they can help reach our marketing goals
  • Develop and accomplish content strategy leading to achieving business objective of onboarding new clients
  • Experience in community management on digital formats
  • Agency Management & strength in working with in-house creative ops/agencies/ internal stakeholders to generate content and creatives across channels
  • Insight Development and Reporting.
Applicant must
  • Be responsible for community & reputation management
  • Have an understanding of Facebook & Instagram Ads
  • Know how to extract Facebook & Instagram analytics
  • Have an exceptional command over the English language
  • Have a thorough knowledge of various social media tools (analytics, publishing, scheduling etc.)
  • Know how to track and present the results of all marketing campaigns
  • Have prior experience in social media marketing
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 per month Benefits:
