We are looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our clients' social media presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content planning, campaign execution, community management, and performance tracking across all major platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage creative and engaging social media strategies Create monthly content calendars and coordinate with the design and content teams

Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers and online communities in a timely manner

Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

Analyze and report on performance metrics and use insights to improve engagement and reach

Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and platform updates

Coordinate with clients to understand goals and tailor social strategies accordingly

Skills Required:

Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or Manager (1-3 years) in a digital agency or brand

Strong understanding of all major social media platforms and their best practices

Experience with social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.)

Knowledge of running paid campaigns (especially Meta & LinkedIn Ads) is a plus

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to think creatively and analytically

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
