About the Role
We're looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, enjoy creating engaging content, and be able to manage multiple platforms with creativity and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, develop, and execute content strategies for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
Handle day-to-day posting, audience engagement, and community management.
Research and identify trending topics, hashtags, and competitor activities to create relevant and timely content.
Create and manage visual content such as graphics, reels, videos, and photos.
Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and share regular insights and reports.
Assist in planning and optimizing paid social media campaigns.
Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency.
Maintain a well-structured content calendar to ensure consistent posting and brand visibility.
Requirements
6 months to 1 year of relevant experience (internship or full-time).
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and trends.
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and other social media tools.
Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (Canva preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A creative approach with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
