JOB DESCRIPTION:

Develop, implement and manage social media strategy Define most important social media KPIs Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company's social content Manage and oversee social media content Researches and monitors activity of company competitors Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports Good understanding of social media marketing tools Work with designers to ensure content is informative and appealing Participate in various niche groups on Facebook and LinkedIn Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization Measure the success of every social media campaignCreate engaging content and social media posts that drive traffic. Assist in implementing plans to increase followers on social media websites such as Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube. Impeccable verbal and written communication skills. Social media content writing is a must. Should be good at using Canva. Work alongside the team to create a plan for social media strategies monthly. Always look for ways to improve social media management strategies.
