seasoned and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive
with a minimum of
2 years of experience
in managing and growing brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a creative mindset, an analytical approach, and strong knowledge of growth hacking techniques.
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns to drive engagement, followers, leads, and conversions while maintaining the brand voice.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute
social media strategies
across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
Plan monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals and campaigns.
Work closely with the design and content teams to produce
engaging posts, reels, and videos
.
Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and emerging platforms to keep the brand relevant and ahead of the curve.
Implement
growth hacking strategies
to increase organic reach and audience engagement.
Build and manage
influencer / collaboration networks
for brand partnerships and content amplification.
Analyze campaign performance and prepare
monthly performance reports
with insights and data-driven recommendations.
Run and optimize
paid ad campaigns
on Meta, Google, or other relevant platforms (optional but preferred).
Requirements & Skills:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in Social Media Marketing / Digital Marketing.
Proven track record of growing social media accounts and community engagement.
Strong understanding of
social media analytics, algorithms, and performance tracking tools.
Experience in
collaboration campaigns or influencer marketing
is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication, creativity, and copywriting skills.
Up-to-date with digital trends, tools, and best practices.
