Social Media Executive - For Beauty, Fashion & Apparel

Location: Vasai East

Experience: 1-2 years in social media/digital marketing (beauty/fashion preferred)

Role Overview

We're seeking a digitally-savvy Social Media Executive to elevate our brand presence across platforms. You'll lead content creation, influencer collaborations, and performance-driven campaigns that resonate with our audience and reflect our brand's aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

o Own daily content planning, posting and community engagement across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube & emerging platforms

o Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across channels

Influencer & Creator Partnerships

o Identify, onboard and manage influencer collaborations for product launches and brand campaigns

o Track performance and ROI of influencer activations

Digital Campaigns & Paid Media

o Support execution of paid social campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.) in collaboration with performance marketing team

o Monitor KPIs and optimize for reach, engagement and conversions

Content Coordination

o Work with internal teams and external creators to develop high-impact visual and video content

o Brief and manage shoots, UGC, and seasonal storytelling

Analytics & Reporting

Track performance metrics, generate insights, and recommend optimizations

Prepare monthly reports on growth, engagement, and campaign impact

What You Bring

Strong grasp of social media trends, platform algorithms, and beauty/fashion culture Experience with influencer marketing tools and social media scheduling platforms Creative eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and brand tone Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret metrics and pivot strategies Excellent communication and project management skills
Bonus Points

Prior experience in beauty, skincare or fashion brands Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Suite, Meta Ads Manager or Google Analytics Passion for emerging creators and community building

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
