About the Role

We are looking for a

Social Media Paid Ads Specialist

with at least 2 years of experience in running performance-driven campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and other social platforms. The ideal candidate should be analytical, ROI-focused, and well-versed in scaling campaigns while managing budgets effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

. Manage campaigns on other platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and YouTube Ads (if required). Conduct audience research, targeting, and retargeting strategies. Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversions), and optimize accordingly. Work closely with the creative team to brief ad copies, graphics, and videos. Set up and manage tracking through

Meta Pixel, GA4, and UTM parameters

. Prepare detailed performance reports with insights and recommendations. Stay updated with platform policies, ad formats, and latest trends in paid media.

Requirements

Minimum

2 years of hands-on experience

managing paid social media campaigns. Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and campaign structures (CBO, ABO, Retargeting, Lookalikes). Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, or other social paid platforms is a plus. Experience with analytics tools (

Google Analytics, GA4

) and reporting dashboards. Good understanding of A/B testing, funnel strategy, and conversion tracking. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and budget management skills. Meta Blueprint certification (preferred but not mandatory).
