Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing
Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Track KPIs (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS) and adjust strategies for better ROI.
Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audience segments, and landing pages.
Social Media Marketing
Strategize and manage LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter accounts.
Run targeted LinkedIn campaigns for B2B lead generation and engagement.
Collaborate with content/design teams for timely and impactful posts.
Email Marketing
Design and execute email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Zoho, or HubSpot.
Manage email lists, segments, and automation flows.
Analyze open rates, click-throughs, and conversions for optimization.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor campaign performance via Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and UTM tracking.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports and derive insights to improve strategy.
Stay up-to-date with platform updates and digital marketing trends.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing roles.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Experience with email platforms like Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, or HubSpot.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Preferred:
Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.
Experience working in B2B marketing or agency setup.
Basic understanding of SEO and WordPress is a plus.
