This is a full-time on-site role as a Social Media Coordinator at Cuttingchaai in Kochi. The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for managing social media channels, creating engaging content, analyzing metrics, and staying up-to-date with social media trends.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally within an advertising, marketing, or creative agency.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with precision.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and internal teams effectively.
Knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools
Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables between clients and internal teams, ensuring that deadlines are met.
Facilitate client meetings, take notes, follow up on action items, and prepare necessary reports.
