Job Description

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive who understands trends, audience psychology, and modern platform algorithms. You will manage content calendars, post strategies, and paid ads for diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create & publish daily content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn Develop monthly content calendars and campaign ideas Coordinate with designers, editors, and anchors for content execution Manage reel ideas, story ideas & trend-based content Handle page engagement: comments, replies, DMs Create basic copywriting for posts, reels & ads Assist in running Meta ads (lead, awareness & engagement campaigns) Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports Research competitor social activities & new trends Stay updated on platform algorithms, social media trends & audience behaviour

Required Skills

Good understanding of Instagram & Meta ecosystem Creative thinking & content ideation skills Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager Strong communication & coordination skills Trend spotting and platform research ability
