Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn etc.).
Create, curate, and manage engaging content for social media accounts.
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments across platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices and strategies are being followed.
Analyze social media metrics and create regular reports on performance, including engagement, growth, and ROI.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies.
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create visual and written content that supports branding and campaigns.
Implement paid social media campaigns and track effectiveness.
Build and maintain relationships with influencers and community members.
Monitor competitors' social media activity and provide insights and recommendations.
Core Competencies
Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Hands-on experience with social media platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics tools.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms and how to optimize content for engagement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creativity and an eye for design.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Strong knowledge of social media marketing and digital marketing strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
