The Social Media Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across social media platforms to improve brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. The role involves content creation, campaign execution, performance tracking, and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain company profiles on platforms such as

Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube

, etc. Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, captions) aligned with brand guidelines. Plan and execute

social media marketing campaigns

social media advertisements

(Meta Ads, basic Google Ads - if applicable). Monitor comments, messages, and respond to customer queries professionally. Track performance using insights and analytics; prepare

monthly reports

. Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices. Coordinate with design, sales, and marketing teams for promotions and campaigns. Support brand visibility, lead generation, and online reputation management.
Skills & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field (preferred). Experience/Fresher with good understanding of social media platforms. Basic knowledge of

digital marketing, ads, hashtags, and analytics

. Good communication and writing skills (English + local language preferred). Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently. Familiarity with tools like

Canva, Meta Business Suite

Experience

Fresher / 1-3 years
